Kan-Tor & Acco Completes Its 2020–2025 Strategic Plan and Expands Legal Services
Kan-Tor & Acco is proud to announce the successful completion of its 2020–2025 five-year strategic plan, marking an important milestone in our firm’s ongoing commitment to excellence, technological advancement, and client service. Over the past five years, we have implemented a series of significant measures designed to ensure the highest level of security, operational continuity, and client accessibility.
As part of this strategy, we introduced advanced technological solutions to guarantee uninterrupted service even in times of crisis. These include a robust Office 365 multi-factor authentication security system, a complete cloud-based backup infrastructure, and an advanced firewall powered by Fortigate. We also developed and successfully tested a comprehensive contingency plan that proved its effectiveness during recent geopolitical events, ensuring our ability to operate without interruption and provide full service to clients 365 days a year.
To further strengthen continuity and flexibility, we adopted advanced remote work technologies supported by dedicated VPN services for our team, as well as secured internet connectivity for a secondary evacuation location. In addition, we migrated to a sophisticated cloud-based accounting system, improving efficiency, service quality, and financial stability. Each of these measures was implemented with a single objective: to enable uninterrupted service during disasters, pandemics, and even in the midst of war.
While technological progress was a central focus of our strategic plan, the past five years also brought significant growth in our legal service offerings. For more than 25 years, Kan-Tor & Acco has been a leading provider of corporate immigration services, specializing in inbound immigration to Israel and U.S. corporate immigration for multinational companies. Recognizing the evolving needs of our clients in an increasingly globalized world, we expanded beyond these core areas to include services for high-net-worth private clients, corporate employment law, document procurement such as apostille and notary services, and related corporate law matters.
More recently, in response to strong client demand, we launched a dedicated real estate legal support practice focusing on foreign individuals, primarily from North America, seeking property transactions in Israel. We are proud to welcome David Gardner, a dual-licensed attorney in Israel and California, and Rachel Popovich, an Israeli real estate specialist with senior management experience in the United States, to lead this initiative. Their expertise ensures that our clients receive knowledgeable and reliable guidance through every step of complex cross-border transactions.
To better serve our diverse clientele, Kan-Tor & Acco now operates under two primary divisions. The Private Client Division addresses individual needs, including Aliyah to Israel, spousal visas, and real estate services, while the Corporate Division continues to focus on supporting local and international companies with immigration and corporate legal matters.
