Israeli Department
Daniel joined our team in 2017 and serves as an attorney in Kan-Tor & Acco’s Israeli Department.
Daniel holds an LLB degree from Ono Academic College, and has been an active member of the Israeli bar since 2016.
Paloma joined our team in 2000 and serves as the Administrative Project Manager in our office.
Paloma is an essential member of our team with extensive knowledge of the firm’s work. Paloma is able to carry out vital roles within most of the firm’s departments. As part of her job, she also facilitates the work with our Spanish speaking clients and provides assistance in various administrative matters.
Prior to joining KTA, Paloma studied Psychology and Communications at the Open University.
Hila joined our team in 2009. She is the backbone of the Israeli Department. Hila is responsible for coordinating administrative operations, engaging in process follow-ups, maintaining quality assurance, and supporting other team members.
Hila is studying for her B.Sc. in Nutrition at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

She is a paralegal in the Israeli Department, and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
Ezra joined the KTA team in 2016.
He is a paralegal in the Israeli Department, and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
Eden joined the KTA team in 2021.
She is a paralegal in the Israeli Department and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
Adino joined the KTA team in 2021.
He is a paralegal in the Israeli Department and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
Aaron joined the KTA team in 2020.
He is a paralegal in the Israeli Department and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
Noa joined the KTA team in 2022.
She is a paralegal in the Israeli Department and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
Omer joined the KTA team in 2022.
He is a paralegal in the Israeli Department and works to obtain work permits and visas for foreign experts of global companies that are coming to work in Israel.
US Department
David is certified as a specialist in immigration and naturalization law by the State Bar of California.
He was admitted to the Israeli bar in 2022. He serves as a senior lawyer in the private client department, assisting individuals seeking Israeli citizenship (Aliyah) or residence, and coordinating related relocation issues, including property management, taxation, and estate planning.
David also assists the US Immigration Department with complex visa matters involving company transfers, investment, extraordinary ability, and inadmissibility waivers.
David chairs the Pacific Southwest Israel Business Council and the Southern California Israel Chamber of Commerce facilitating business exchanges between Israel and the United States. He is fluent in English and speaks Spanish and Hebrew.
Jessica made Aliyah from the
United States and is a licensed
Attorney in the state of New York.
Jessica joined the KTA team in 2021 and assists in US immigration matters for both corporate and individual clients, including employment and consular processing matters, employment-based green cards for multinational corporations, start-ups and for eligible employees to relocate to the US.
Jessica assists clients in obtaining L-1 company visas as well as L Blanket visas for companies transferring numerous employees to the US and handles treaty trader and treaty investor work visas for Israeli companies (E-1 and E-2).
She is fluent in English and Hebrew.
Olga is a paralegal in the US Department.
She joined our team in 2019 and assists with non-immigrant visa options and employment-based green cards for multinational corporations, public and private entities, start-ups, and for eligible employees to relocate to the US.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
Rachel joined KTA in 2021 and is a paralegal in the US Department.
She specializes in L1 non-immigrant visa and family-based cases. She also assists in other types of non-immigrant visas, including the E1 and E2.
Amichai joined KTA in 2021 and specializes in private-client cases such as Waivers of Inadmissibility, FOIA Requests and visa applications after previous denials. He also handles corporate and family-based applications.
Global, Notary and Apostile Department
Daria joined the KTA team in 2019, as a paralegal in the Global Department to obtain work permits and visas for employees of Israeli corporations in need of relocation from Israel to locations around the world.
Syuzanna, from Armenia, joined the KTA team as country manager and lawyer. She works to obtain work permissions and residence cards in the Republic of Armenia (RA).
She is a member of the Bar Council of Armenia. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree, specializing in Civil law. She earned her Masters of Laws degree specializing in Business law from Yerevan State University. She earned another Masters of Laws degree specializing in International Business Law and International Law from the American University of Armenia.
Accounting and Administration
Ron joined KTA in 2021 and he is the manager of the Accounting Department of our firm.
Ron is greatly experienced with managing customer cases, internal review, bookkeeping and working with the Israeli tax authorities.
Natali joined our team in 2017 with a class 1 and 2 bookkeeping Diploma.
She currently works alongside our accounting department in working with clients and vendors and managing the office’s finances.
Luna joined our team in 2022. She is the administrative manager for both the Israeli and the US Departments.
Nikol joined the KTA team in 2022. She is the administrative manager for both the Israeli and the US Departments.
Margo joined KTA in 2021 as our accountant.
She has a university degree in accounting.
She currently works with clients and manages our office’s finances.
Ronit joined KTA in 2022 as our accountant.
She currently works with clients and manages our office’s finances.
Mor joined KTA in 2022 as our accountant.
She currently works with clients and manages our office’s finances.
Lev joined our team in 2017 with a class-2 bookkeeping Diploma.
He currently works alongside our accounting department in working with clients and vendors, while managing our office’s finances.
Raz administrates KTA’s group websites, including ktalegal.com and relo360.co.il since 2019.
Raz specializes in html, WordPress and Wix environments.
Hobbies: Israel Champion Sport Karting 2022.
