Advocate Tsvi Kan-Tor
Founding Partner

Tsvi Kan-Tor is a founding Partner of Kan-Tor & Acco, and a leading expert in business immigration and global migration. Tsvi offers strategic, proactive and advanced immigration programs and solutions regarding the transfer of employees to Israel in numerous sectors, including hi-tech and bio-tech, pharmaceutical, construction, energy, gas and transportation.

Tsvi is a regular commentator on developments in employment-related immigration law. He often appears as the moderator or speaker at international conferences, addressing complex issues in Israeli immigration law.


Tsvi is a member of the Committee on Foreign Workers of the Israel Bar Association, responsible for leading legislative and policy activities with regard to the entry of foreign experts to Israel. He is a member of the Immigration & Nationality Law Committee of the International Bar Association and a Foreign Attorney member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Tsvi has served as the Chair of the Visa Committee of the Israel America Chamber of Commerce since 2016. His professional accomplishments have been recognized by the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.

 

Tsvi holds an LLB degree from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, and is admitted to the Israeli bar.



Advocate and Notary Amit Acco
Founding Partner

Amit Acco is a founding Partner of Kan-Tor & Acco, having engaged in the practice of Israeli immigration law for more than 20 years. Amit played a significant role in the development of Israeli immigration law as we know it today. 


Amit directs the firm’s Israeli practice, focusing on the relocation of foreign nationals to Israel for some of the world’s largest companies in the fields of technology, banking, infrastructure and energy. Amit has specialized in the development of control center technologies which facilitate the management of large relocation projects.

 
Amit is a member of the Committee on Foreign Workers of the Israel Bar Association, responsible for leading legislative and policy activities with regard to the entry of foreign experts to Israel. He is the author of Foreign Experts Immigration to Israel (2018) and has written articles for Mako News focusing on Israeli immigration.


Amit serves on the Board of Directors of The Israel-America Chamber of Commerce. He is an International Associate Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is actively involved in its Global Migration Section. He has been recognized by the International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers.


Amit holds an LLB (with honors) from the Faculty of Law of Thames Valley University, London, United Kingdom. He is admitted to the Israeli bar, and is a notary.

 
Advocate & Notary Yoav Noy
Partner

Yoav Noy has practiced Immigration and Nationality law since 2005 within the firm’s Israeli Immigration Law Department. He leads his team in representing all business sectors and supporting their needs for work permits and visa issues.

 

Yoav’s expertise focuses on corporate relocation of foreign experts to Israel, offering leading Israeli and multinational companies and investors case-specific legal advice and adaptive solutions to ensure compliance with the immigration regulations of Israel.

 

Yoav has authored articles on the legal and practical aspects of Israeli immigration law, which were published by the Israeli Bar Association as well as other official legal resources in Israel and worldwide. He has served as a speaker and moderator at several international conferences, lecturing on a wide variety of topics related to the immigration to Israel.

 

Yoav is a member of the Committee of Foreign Workers of the Israel Bar Association, and AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) as an active member of the Immigration Subcommittee.

 

Additionally Yoav is a member of the Israel–Ireland Chamber of Commerce (IICA), taking part in the audit committee. He is also an active participant in the Israeli Forum of Advisors for the High-Tech Industry, serving as a key-consultant on all immigration related issues.

 

Yoav holds an LLB degree from the Faculty of Law of the College of Management, Academic Studies in Israel and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Capital Markets and Corporate Governance from the Business School of the College of Management, Academic Studies. He is admitted to the Israeli bar, and is a notary.

Advocate Shai Nimrodi
Partner

Shai Nimrodi has practiced Immigration and Nationality law since 2012 within the firm’s Israeli Immigration Law Department. He leads his team in representing all business sectors, especially food, energy, infrastructure and transportation, and supporting their needs for working permits and visa issues.


Shai’s expertise focuses on inbound corporate relocation of foreign experts to Israel, providing services to the biggest multinational and international concerns and companies around the world and in Israel.

 

Shai takes great pride in building outstanding client relationships and has successfully led major immigration projects and national projects which were important to the Israeli economy and contributed a lot to its development. Shai provides legal advise to his clients and provides practical solutions to ensure compliance with Israeli Law. This is especially challenging in light of the global pandemic, which has major ramifications in the immigration world, in Israel and outside of it.

 

Shai holds an LLB degree from the College of Management, and has been an active member of the Israeli bar since 2010.

Advocate Itzik Laniado

Itzik Laniado has practiced Immigration and Nationality law since 2013 within the firm’s Israeli Immigration Law Department. He leads his team in representing all business sectors, especially High-Tech, Banking, energy, medicine, infrastructure and transportation, and supporting their needs for working permits and visa issues.

 

Itzik’s expertise focuses on inbound corporate relocation of foreign experts to Israel, providing services to the biggest multinational and international concerns and companies around the world and in Israel.

Itzik joined Kan-Tor & Acco Law Firm at 2013, after Internship year at Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office. Itzik holds an LLB degree from the Bar-Ilan University, and has been an active member of the Israeli bar since 2013

Morgan Rosinia
Partner

Morgan made Aliyah from the United States in November 2015, and joined the KTA team after completing a Masters of Laws (LLM) degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Morgan specializes in assisting startup companies in applying for L-1 new company visas and the L blanket visa process for established companies looking to transfer multiple employees to the U.S., as well as E and H-1B visa preparation.

She also has a Juris Doctor degree from University of San Diego School of Law, and is a licensed attorney in the state of California.

Nashwa Azzam
Partner

Nashwa Azzam joined KTA’s U.S. Department as an Associate in 2015, having moved to Israel from Alaska.

Nashwa specializes in identifying and implementing non-immigrant visa options and employment based green card preference categories for multinational corporations, public and private entities, and start-ups to transfer certain eligible employees to the US.

She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012 and is a licensed Attorney in the State of Alaska. 

She is fluent in English and Arabic.
