Due to COVID-19, foreign nationals, including tourists and business persons, are not allowed to travel to Israel with the exceptions of groups, visiting a first-degree relative, or obtaining an Entry to Israel Permit for business persons. Please read our updated online guide by clicking here.
However, Israeli officials have indicated recently that a new pilot regulation will be published soon to allow eased entry procedures for foreign visitors who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 starting at the beginning of July 2021.
This will allow business people and regular tourists to travel to Israel for the first time since the start of the pandemic. There was no explanation for the words “ease entry procedures”.
KTA will continue to update as soon as new information becomes available.
