Professionals within the Ministry of Health are considering  allowing unvaccinated tourists under 12 to enter, cancel pre-flight COVID test entry requirement and end quarantine for unvaccinated children.

These recommendations still needs to be approved by the government, and it is predicted to be in effect on March 1s

According to current regulations, any person who travels to Israel needs to Take a PCR test in the 72 hours before the flight to Israel or a rapid (antigen) test in the 24 hours before the flight, administered by professional samplers (no home test kits).

Later, the individual is required to present an official document in English attesting to the negative result and specifying your passport number. Tests of any other type will not be accepted. Only those who received a negative result on the PCR test or the rapid (antigen) test will be allowed to board the flight.
