On Thursday, October 29th, 2020, by the Supreme Decree No. 174-2020-PCM released in the Official Gazette “El Peruano”, the Peruvian government administration has established that the State of National Emergency is extended once again due to the serious circumstances that affect the life of the Nation as a result of COVID-19, from Sunday, November 1st, 2020 until Monday, November 30, 2020,
During the new extension of the State of National Emergency, the exercise of constitutional rights relating to personal liberty and security, the inviolability of the home, and the freedom of assembly and transit in the territory included in subsections 9, 11 and 12 of article 2 and in subsection 24, paragraph f) of the same article of the Political Constitution of Peru keep restricted.
Validity: This Supreme Decree is in force from Friday, October 30, 2020
