Work Permit to the US

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service has designated several visa types for foreign nationals who have excelled in their respective fields or have demonstrated a specialized expertise.

Foreign nationals who possess extraordinary abilities or have accomplished extraordinary achievements in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics may qualify for an O-1 visa.

Members of internationally recognized sports or entertainment groups, participants in cultural exchange groups and culturally unique entertainment groups may also qualify for a P-1, P-2 or P-3 visa, respectively.

Each of these visa types authorizes the beneficiary to travel to the U.S. for specific events or performances, or alternatively, to temporarily live and work in the U.S. in their area of expertise.
