While freelance and employment of 3rd party employees becomes a world phenomenon, especially in the Gas and Oil, Hi-Tech, and Project management industries, Israeli work visa regulations were not yet adapted for this change.

Kan-Tor & Acco is currently leading an industry campaign at the Ministry of Interior to resolve the issue.
Following several meetings by KTA Partners with Senior officials at the Ministry, we found the Ministry officials supportive as always, understanding the industry needs and the world trends. As a result, the Ministry is currently examining options to regulate the matter.
KTA will continue to lead the industry efforts, and be the first to advise of any change.
